How we arrive at ADV
No black box. ADV is a transparent, reproducible composite. Here's the exact pipeline every player runs through.
Pull six sources
Current dynasty values are scraped from DynastyProcess, DynastyDaddy, FantasyCalc, KeepTradeCut, Roster Audit, and DraftSharks — six markets, six methodologies, six crowds.
Rescale to a common axis
Every source uses a different scale, so each one is rescaled to put its #1 player at 10,000. Now all six speak the same 0–10,000 language and can be compared apples-to-apples.
Average into one ADV
ADV is the mean of whichever sources carry a value for that player. Averaging six independent opinions cancels any single site's bias — outliers get muted, consensus gets sharp.
Grade & price the trade
Players are graded by position (A+ down to F), and each side of a trade is totaled on a convex curve so a single stud outweighs two mid pieces — exactly how the market pays for elite talent.

ADV is a single composite dynasty trade value on a 0–10,000 scale. It blends six independent ranking sources into one number, so you're not betting a trade on any one site's opinion. The player valued #1 in a format sits near 10,000; everyone else is priced relative to that.
How is the dynasty trade value calculated?+
Each of the six sources is rescaled so its own #1 player equals 10,000. That puts every source on the same 0–10,000 axis. ADV is the average of whichever sources carry a value for that player. When you build a trade, each side is totaled on a convex curve so elite studs outweigh replaceable depth — the same way the real dynasty market prices packages.
